It was the first time for us to come to Changwon. As soon as you enter the hotel, you feel that the hotel is very clean and beautiful with lovely decorations, and the location is easy to find, right in the center of the city. Lots of restaurants, 711 and GS nearby. The hotel boss is super friendly. He greets almost every customer when they pass by. BTW, he speaks really good English. What I would like to emphasize here was that we have encountered some pretty tricky, problems, and we have no one but the boss to seek for help. After an hour-long communication with him, he didn't get impatient at all, and even called his friend to help us. If you have been abroad often you may understand how valuable the real help is. We literally can't solve this problem without an angel-like kind boss like him. Therefore, we really, really APPRECIATE it. The entrance of the hotel is decorated with a number of hotel website rating honors over the years, and I can responsibly say that this hotel deserve all these honors. This is definitely the best Korean hotel I have ever stayed in.
